Adding your wallet to your account is helpful, especially if you own a Portal. There will be other benefits of connecting your wallet in the future as well including being eligible for giveaways and airdrops.
In the video below, Nick walks you through adding your wallet. If for some reason you face bugs with connecting, try adding another Polygon RPC network to metamask. We know that sounds like technical jargon but all you need to do is visit this site and click on the Metamask icon.
